When Setu operates an agent on behalf of a customer, Setu acts as a data processor and the customer remains the data controller.
Scope of processing
Setu processes personal data only as required to deliver the agreed agent workflows — for example, qualifying inbound leads or routing tickets.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors (cloud hosting, model providers, integration vendors) is available on request to hello@getsetu.com.
Data location & retention
Data is processed in the regions agreed in the SOW. Operational data is retained only as long as required to deliver the service or as required by law.
Customer rights
Customers may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
