By using getsetu.com or engaging Setu (SignalPulse Technologies) for services, you agree to these terms.
Engagement
Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate Statement of Work. These terms govern the relationship in addition to that SOW.
Fees & payment
Build fees are invoiced according to the SOW. Run fees are billed monthly. Late payments may pause active monitoring and iteration work.
Ownership
Client retains ownership of its data and the configured agent for its workflows. Setu retains rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and reusable components.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and use it only for the purpose of delivering the service.
Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Setu's total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior three months.
